Through our mobile application and website, users may discover creators, create and participate in campaigns, communicate with other users, manage campaign deliverables, access analytics, and manage payments and earnings.

  • engagement metrics;

Some information may be displayed to Brands so they can evaluate Creators for campaigns.

If you register as a Brand or Client, we may collect:

  • website;
  • campaign information;
  • campaign budgets;
  • campaign requirements;
  • payment information;

7. Campaign Information

When users create, apply to, or participate in campaigns, we may collect:

  • campaign objectives;
  • campaign category;
  • target audience;
  • campaign budget;
  • campaign dates;
  • campaign location;
  • selected social platforms;
  • required deliverables;
  • content requirements;
  • creator applications;

Campaign information may be shared between participating Brands and Creators where necessary to facilitate the campaign.

Creators may voluntarily connect supported social-media accounts to their Boost Piper profile.

Depending on the platform and the permissions granted, we may receive information such as:

  • social-media username;
  • profile name;
  • profile photograph;
  • account identifier;
  • public profile information;
  • follower or subscriber counts;
  • engagement information;
  • reach or impressions;
  • content information;
  • post-performance information;
  • audience information;
  • account type;
  • publicly available profile information; and
  • other metrics made available through the applicable social platform’s APIs.

We only request and process social-media information that is necessary for the functionality being provided and that the relevant platform permits us to access.


9. Social Media Connections

When you connect a social-media account, you authorize us to access the information permitted by that social platform and the permissions you grant.

You may disconnect a social-media account through the functionality provided by Boost Piper or, where applicable, through the relevant social-media platform.

Disconnecting an account may prevent certain features from working, including automatic verification or synchronization of social-media statistics.

We do not sell social-media API data.

When you use our mobile application or website, we may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • maintain Platform quality.
