1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Boostpiper ("we," "us," "our," or the "Panel"), a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel accessible at www.boostpiper.com. Boostpiper provides automated and manual social media engagement services including but not limited to likes, followers, subscribers, views, watch time, streams, plays, and other engagement metrics across various online platforms.

By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Panel, you ("User," "Client," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including retail customers, resellers, and API users.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Types of Services

Boostpiper provides social media engagement services across the following platforms and service categories (non-exhaustive):

• YouTube — Views, Watch Time, Subscribers, Likes, Comments

• TikTok — Followers, Likes, Views, Shares, Comments, Live Stream Views

• Instagram — Followers, Likes, Views, Story Views, Reel Views, Comments

• Facebook — Page Likes, Post Likes, Followers, Views, Shares

• Twitter / X — Followers, Likes, Retweets, Impressions

• Snapchat — Followers, Story Views, Spotlight Views

• SoundCloud — Plays, Followers, Likes, Reposts, Downloads

• Audiomack — Plays, Followers, Likes, Streams

• Boomplay — Streams, Plays, Followers, Likes

• Spotify — Streams, Followers, Playlist Plays

• Telegram — Members, Views, Reactions

• LinkedIn — Followers, Connections, Post Reactions

• Other platforms — as listed in our panel at the time of order

2.2 Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Delivery times vary by service type and are provided as estimates only. Boostpiper does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party platform changes, API issues, or supply constraints.

2.3 Service Quality

We strive to deliver services from high-quality sources. However, the nature of social media engagement means that some degree of drop-off may occur over time. Where a refill guarantee is stated on a specific service, we will honour it within the stated period. Services without a stated refill guarantee are not eligible for refills.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Panel, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

Orders are placed directly through the Boostpiper panel. Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it is queued for processing. You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (profile link, platform, quantity) are correct before submission. Incorrect orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.

4.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Panel are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via the following methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money)

• Bank transfer

• Any other payment methods displayed on the Panel at the time of checkout

All payments must be made in full before order processing begins. We do not offer credit or deferred payment.

4.4 Account Balance / Wallet

Boostpiper may offer a wallet or account balance system. Funds added to your wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (Section 5). Wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

4.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your use of our services under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable, VAT or other Ghanaian taxes may be added to your invoice.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 General Policy

Due to the automated and digital nature of our services, ALL SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processing has commenced.

5.2 Eligible Refunds

A refund or account credit may be issued ONLY in the following circumstances:

• The order was never started and remains in a pending state for more than 72 hours with no update from our team.

• The service delivered is materially different from the description at the time of order (e.g., wrong platform, wrong type of engagement).

• A confirmed technical failure on our platform resulted in a complete non-delivery.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as account wallet credits, not cash refunds, unless we determine otherwise at our sole discretion.

5.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

• Your social media profile/page/video was private, deleted, or restricted at the time of the order, preventing delivery.

• You provided an incorrect link, username, or order details.

• The order has been partially or fully delivered.

• Drop in engagement after delivery (i.e., followers unfollowing, views reducing) — this is a natural occurrence and is not covered unless a refill guarantee is specifically stated.

• Your account was suspended or banned by the social media platform.

• You changed your username or profile visibility after placing the order.

• You were dissatisfied with the quality but the service matched the described type.

5.4 Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through our support system within 7 days of the order completion date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Boostpiper for any of the following:

• Placing orders on accounts you do not own or do not have authorisation to promote.

• Using our services in connection with illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our Panel, API, or pricing structure.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to abuse our ordering or balance top-up systems.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional credits, referral systems, or refund policies.

• Reselling our services without obtaining a reseller arrangement with us (see Section 7).

• Any activity that violates the terms of service of any social media platform.

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any wallet balance, without refund.

7. Reseller and API Users

Boostpiper supports resellers and API integrations. If you are using our Panel to resell services to your own clients, the following additional terms apply:

• You are solely responsible for managing your own clients and for any commitments or guarantees you make to them. We are not liable for any claims made by your end clients.

• You must not represent yourself as Boostpiper or imply any official affiliation with us.

• API access is provided as-is. We reserve the right to change, restrict, or terminate API access at any time.

• Resellers are bound by the same refund and order policies as all other users.

• We reserve the right to limit order quantities or speeds for reseller accounts to protect service quality.

8. Third-Party Platform Compliance Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The services offered by Boostpiper involve engagement on third-party social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, SoundCloud, Audiomack, Boomplay, and others. Each of these platforms has its own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and monetisation policies.

BY PURCHASING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Purchasing social media engagement may violate the terms of service of the relevant social media platform.

• Boostpiper is not responsible for any action taken by a social media platform against your account, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, demonetisation, or permanent banning.

• Boostpiper does not guarantee that engagement delivered will count toward monetisation thresholds (e.g., YouTube Partner Programme requirements).

• You use our services entirely at your own risk with full knowledge of potential platform consequences.

We strongly recommend that you review the Terms of Service of any platform before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Boostpiper website and panel, including but not limited to the name "Boostpiper," logo, design, software, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Boostpiper and is protected under applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Panel solely for the purpose of purchasing our services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Boostpiper collects and processes personal data (including your name, email address, payment details, and order history) in connection with providing our services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

By using our Panel, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party account information (e.g., social media profile links) you submit to us is done with the appropriate permissions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Boostpiper provides all services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, achieve any particular outcome, or be uninterrupted and error-free.

• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

• We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of followers or engagement after delivery, account bans or restrictions imposed by platforms, reputational damage, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boostpiper, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any platform's terms of service; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

13. Service Availability and Interruptions

We aim to maintain the Panel operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

Certain services may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to changes made by third-party social media platforms. In such cases, we will remove the service from our panel and issue credits for affected pending orders at our discretion.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Boostpiper reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Panel after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

• Non-payment or chargeback disputes.

• At our sole discretion where we determine continued access is not appropriate.

Upon termination, any unused wallet balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms. Where termination is without cause, we will refund any unused wallet balance at our discretion.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boostpiper with respect to your use of the Panel and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
